Alterna Raises $120,000 for Candlelighters



This summer, Alterna Savings reimagined its normal fundraising efforts for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs and raised a record amount of $120,000 with all proceeds going to Candlelighters.

Alterna continues its partnership with Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business by awarding the Alterna Savings Scholarship and the Alterna Bank Scholarship to two undergraduate students. This year’s recipients were Andrew Kerr and Tony Phan, who are both students in the Bachelor of Commerce program.


Alterna Savings Donates $50,000 Annually to Support Enactus



Alterna Savings is increasing their annual support and donating $50,000 to Enactus Canada to help foster the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
