• Step 4: Confirm your contact details are accurate. You can update your email or mobile phone number if your preferred contact details have changed. If your mobile phone number or email address is missing please add it. Your account profile will be updated with this contact information.

  To validate your information, an authentication code will be sent to the mobile phone and email address. If you only have one method of contact, please call 1.877.560.0100.

  Click Send code. Enter the code in the pop-up window and click Confirm.

  Click Continue to complete the authentication process.
  
  
• Step 5: Set-up for online and mobile banking is now complete. You can now log in to online banking or download the new mobile app.
  
  
• Step 6: Download, read and accept the terms of the Online Access Agreement and click Continue. Note that it will open up a new tab on your computer.
