- Start by logging in to online banking.
- Under Pay & Transfer, select View Pending e-Transfers to be redirected to a Pending eTransfers webpage.
- From the Pending eTransfers online banking page, you can see a list of pending eTransfers. From here you can see:
- Sent money by clicking on the Sent money icon.
- Requested money by clicking on the Request money icon.
- Under Sent Money, you can see:
- Initiated
- Available (pending recipient deposit)
- Authentication Failure
- Direct Deposit Processing
- Authentication Successful
You can also choose to:- Re-notify the contact
- Cancel the transaction
- See the details of the transaction
- When you Re-Notify a contact, a pop-up will appear with the question, “Do you want to re-notify the contact for the pending transaction?” You can choose to Cancel the request or Re-notify.
- Cancel returns you to Pending eTransfers page
- Re-notify sends the contact an email and/or text and closes the Re-notify contact pop-up window.
- When you Cancel a transaction, the Interac Pending transaction details are displayed. By clicking
- Continue at the bottom of the page you are Confirming the Cancelation request, and your contact will be notified of the cancelation.
- Cancel will stop the cancelation process and the e-Transfer will remain pending until the contact actions it.
- To see the details of a transaction, you can choose from two tabs,
- A details tab, and a
- Status history tab which lists the status and status date of the e-Transfer.
From the INTERAC history details page, you can also choose to print, email or export the information to PDF.
