Annual General Meeting

If you’re an Alterna Savings Member it’s that time of year to help shape the future of our financial cooperative!

In light of the public health risks relating to the coronavirus and to protect the health and safety of our members, employees and communities, this year the Annual General Meeting of Alterna Savings will be held electronically on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. by way of webcast.






Join us via webcast at 6:00pm.

The Annual General Meeting is being held to:

    1.       Receive reports

    2.       Receive information respecting the financial position of Alterna Savings and the results of its operations

    3.       Appoint an auditor

    4.       Receive results of the vote of the Board of Directors election

Participate in the Annual General Meeting by providing questions in advance of the webcast. Please send your questions to AGM@alterna.ca.

Materials for the Annual General Meeting, including the audited financial statements, the report of the external auditor, and the report of the Finance and Audit Committee will be available here for your review 10 days before the AGM.

Members may also approve the minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting and appoint the auditor by using electronic means available here 10 days before the Annual General Meeting.
