Alterna Member Survey - Contest Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations

1. Prizes: One (1) prize of $100 will be awarded each month throughout the survey period. One (1) grand prize of $1000 will be awarded at the end of the year.

2. No purchase is necessary. Neither Alterna nor its subsidiaries will be responsible for entries lost, misplaced, misdirected, destroyed or delayed for any reason whatsoever.

3. This contest is limited to 1 entry per completed questionnaire.

4. To win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question. All decisions of the judges with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.

5. Monthly Draws: To determine each monthly winner, a draw will be held two weeks after the end of each month that the survey is open (e.g. a June draw will occur in the second week of July). The selected entrants will be notified within one week after the draw. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must read and comply with these rules as stated. The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable, changeable, or refundable and will not be exchanged.

Grand Prize Draw: To determine the winner of the Grand Prize, a draw will be held two weeks following the close of the survey. The selected entrant will be notified within one week after the draw. The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable, changeable or refundable, and will not be exchanged. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must read and comply with these rules as stated.

6. To enter and to be eligible to win, an entrant must be the age of majority or older and not an employee of, or member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with, an employee of Alterna, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, advertising agencies or the independent judging organization.

7. All entries become the property of Alterna and none will be returned. No communication will be entered into except with the selected entrant.

8. The chances of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
