View pending Transactions
Keep track of and manage upcoming and recurring transactions all in one place.
Manage Pending transactions from the homepage.
- Access Pending transactions by selecting the Business Notifications bell icon at the top of the page, or Transactions in the navigation bar along the top of online banking.
- From the Transactions drop-down menu, select,
- My pending transactions, which are transactions you have initiated, or
- Pending transactions, which are all pending transactions initiated across the business.
- My pending transactions provides a list of My pending and Not executed transactions. Click the headings to open the lists.
- My pending includes transactions that are waiting for authorization.
- Within My pending the transfer type (immediate, future-dated, recurring), amount, and expiration date and time are visible. You can also,
- Cancel the transaction by clicking the X icon, or
- View details by clicking the arrow icon. From this page you can see
- The number of signers needed to approve the transaction under Type of approval. If there is one “S”, only one signer is required. If there is a double “SS” two signers are needed.
- Previous approvals to see a list of approvers and confirm if other approvers are needed.
- Within My pending the transfer type (immediate, future-dated, recurring), amount, and expiration date and time are visible. You can also,
- Not executed includes transactions that were not completed.
- My pending includes transactions that are waiting for authorization.
- Pending transactions (visible only to signers) include transactions from across the business. Click the tabs to see operations that are,
- Requesting your approval shows transactions that require the approval of a signer,
- Requiring approval from others shows transactions that you may have been previously approved but are still pending because they require a second signer signature, and
- Not executed shows transactions that were not completed.
- Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Savings Logo in the top left-hand corner.
